KAP - Kundalini Activation Process with Taras & Kristina
First Session Guide
Your first KAP session is simple. You don’t need experience with meditation, yoga, or energy work. You won’t be asked to perform techniques or achieve a particular state. Simply arrive with comfortable clothing, an open mind, and curiosity.
-
Absolutely.
Most people who attend are completely new to KAP.
You don’t need experience with meditation, yoga, spirituality, or energy work. Before the session begins we’ll explain everything, answer practical questions, and guide you through the process.
-
You receive booking confirmation, then preparation guidance. Arrive a few minutes early. You’ll be introduced to the process and can ask practical questions before anything begins. Then we shall do the demo on one of the activated experienced participants to show one of the examples on how one may experience the session.
-
You lie down on a mat and music plays. The facilitator may work through proximity or light touch, only with your consent. Your body may respond naturally — stillness, emotion, movement, warmth, clarity, or deep rest. There is no correct experience.
-
Every session is different. Some people feel a lot; others feel very little at first. You may notice: stillness, warmth, tingling, movement, emotional release, clarity, deep rest, memories or imagery, or a sense of reconnection. Subtle experiences are just as valid.
-
Comfortable clothing you can lie down in easily. The lighter you feel the better you will be able to settle and feel in ease. Avoid tight clothing, belts, heavy jewellery, or anything distracting. You stay fully clothed throughout. The best is to feel relaxed and comfortable.
-
Avoid a heavy meal for at least 4 hours before. Avoid alcohol or recreational substances before the session — please arrive sober and clear. Reduce caffeine if you’re sensitive to it, and stay hydrated.
-
Comfortable clothing, water, and (if you like) an eye mask. An open but relaxed attitude is all you need.
-
For online sessions: a quiet, private space; stable internet; camera available; room to lie down; headphones or a good speaker; phone on silent; and no interruptions where possible.
-
Give yourself space. You may feel calm, open, tired, emotional, clear, blissed or grounded. Drink water, eat lightly the best fruits and vegetables, try to avoid dead animal food, and avoid rushing into intense activity if you can. Notice how you feel and how you perceive yourself and everything around. The best is spending sometime outdoors on the nature.
