What happens in a KAP session?
You lie down, close your eyes, and the facilitator transmits energy directly. The body responds in its own way — sometimes with movement, sometimes stillness, often with deep release, warmth, or clarity. You don’t need to do anything. No breathing technique, no visualisation, no effort.
Do I need any prior experience?
No. KAP works regardless of background, belief system, or experience with meditation or energy work. Many people attend their first session knowing very little about KAP and report it as one of the most significant experiences of their lives.
How long is a KAP session in London?
Group sessions typically run around 2 hours including an opening, the transmission (60–75 minutes), and time to integrate before you leave. Private sessions are available for those who prefer a one-to-one setting.
