KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process. It is a guided, body-led practice. You lie down, music plays, close your eyes, and allow your body to respond naturally — no breathing techniques to perform, no movements to copy, no visualisation.
For some people it feels like deep rest. For others it may bring warmth, emotional release, spontaneous movement, clarity, or stillness. Every experience is different, and there is no “correct” one. -
We are certified KAP facilitators, working with a grounded, structured approach shaped by years of KAP practice, yoga, meditation, and energy work.
Our sessions are designed for people who want depth - without noise, pressure, or theatrics.
-
We create a calm and structured environment where you can let go of doing and simply experience. No performance. No analysis. No pressure to achieve a particular outcome - only allow.
You remain aware throughout and move at your own pace. -
KAP is open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You do not need experience with meditation, yoga, energy work, or spirituality. Many people attend simply because they feel stressed, disconnected, curious, or ready for something different.
If something in you is curious, that's enough. Genuine depth is less thinking, more being.
-
People come to KAP for different reasons. Some are looking to release stress and mental overload. Some feel emotionally stuck or disconnected from themselves. Others are seeking a deeper sense of clarity, presence, or self-connection.
For many, KAP feels like a reset - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

-
KAP is a direct energy transmission practice that works with your body’s innate intelligence to activate the kundalini energy — a powerful life-force that lies dormant at the base of the spine. Unlike techniques that require effort or visualisation, KAP is a non-doing process: you simply lie down, and the facilitator transmits energy through light touch or proximity. Your nervous system responds spontaneously, often producing involuntary movements, breathwork, emotional releases, or deep stillness. The result is a profound reset — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
-
None at all. KAP requires no prior knowledge, spiritual background, or meditation practice. All sessions are guided and suitable for complete beginners. You simply need to be open, willing to lie down, and comfortable allowing your body to respond naturally. In fact, many people find KAP more accessible than meditation precisely because there is nothing to “do” — the process unfolds on its own.
-
Each session begins with a short introduction and grounding, followed by a brief demonstration, then the energy transmission itself. You will lie down comfortably on a mat and simply allow. Experiences vary widely — some people feel warmth, tingling, or involuntary body movements; others feel deep stillness, emotional release, or vivid inner imagery. There is no right or wrong experience. Afterwards, there is integration time and grounded guidance to help you process whatever arose.
-
KAP is considered safe for most people when facilitated by a certified practitioner in a grounded, held environment. That said, we recommend caution for those with a recent history of psychosis, severe mental health crises, epilepsy, or pregnancy. If you have any medical concerns, please reach out before booking so we can discuss whether a session is appropriate for you. Your safety and wellbeing are always the priority.
-
Come wearing comfortable, loose clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before your session. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have extras available), a blanket, and an eye mask if you prefer. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. There is nothing specific to study or prepare — simply set an intention, stay hydrated, and come as you are.
-
There is no fixed rule — KAP works cumulatively, and many people find that attending regularly (once or twice a month) allows the energy to build and deepen over time. That said, each session offers its own complete experience, so even occasional attendance is valuable. For those in an active phase of transformation, more frequent sessions can support the integration process. Listen to your body and let it guide your rhythm.
-
Unlike Kundalini Yoga, which uses active techniques such as breathwork, mantras, and postures to stimulate energy, KAP works through direct transmission — there is nothing for you to actively do. While Reiki, breathwork, or sound healing may produce relaxation or energy shifts, KAP tends to be more direct and physically pronounced in its effects, often resulting in spontaneous body movements, kriyas, or altered states. It can complement other modalities beautifully, and many experienced practitioners report KAP accelerates their overall path.
-
Spontaneous movements (known as kriyas), shaking, laughter, tears, or breathwork are all natural signs of the nervous system releasing deeply stored tension and trauma. These responses are not something you force or control — they arise as your system finds its own way to unwind and reorganise. They are generally considered positive indicators of energy moving freely. Our facilitators are trained to hold the space safely so you always feel supported throughout, whatever arises.
-
Integration is where the real transformation lives. After a session, give yourself space — rest, spend time in nature, journal, or simply be still. Avoid overstimulating environments in the hours following. Pay attention to shifts in mood, energy, sleep, or perception in the days after — these are all part of the process unfolding. Grounded practices like gentle movement, mindful eating, and time away from screens can help the energy settle and consolidate.
-
Yes — and this is completely normal. KAP experiences are rarely linear. Some sessions may feel quiet and subtle; others can be deeply intense or emotionally charged. As you attend more sessions, your system often becomes more open and responsive, which can amplify the experience. Equally, there may be periods of apparent stillness — which are not signs that nothing is happening. Trust the intelligence of the process, and know that each session delivers exactly what your system needs in that moment.
